CAF Names Match Officials for CHAN 2024 Final in Nairobi



Nairobi, Kenya – The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled the team of match officials who will take charge of the CHAN 2024 Final between Madagascar ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฌ and Morocco ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฆ tonight at Kasarani Stadium.

Leading the team is Referee Abdou Abdel Mefire (Cameroon), assisted by a diverse lineup from across the continent:

  • 1st Assistant Referee: Robleh Dirir (Djibouti)
  • 2nd Assistant Referee: Joel Wonka (Liberia)
  • 4th Official: Dickens Mimisa (Kenya)
  • Reserve Assistant Referee: B. Amos (Gabon)
  • VAR: Dahane Beida (Mauritania)
  • Assistant VAR 1: Pierre Ghislain (Gabon)
  • Assistant VAR 2: Stephen Eleazar (Kenya)

The officials represent the pan-African spirit of the competition as East Africa prepares to host one of its most historic football nights.
