FUFA Secures UGX 750M Medical Insurance Deal for Clubs

KAMPALA – The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has signed a landmark partnership with Case Med Insurance, rolling out a UGX 750 million medical insurance cover for the 2025/2026 football season.

According to FUFA’s official communication on Tuesday, the package will benefit 16 clubs in the Uganda Premier League and 12 clubs in the FUFA Women Super League. Each club is required to submit a list of 25 registered players to be covered.

The scheme is set to take effect on 1st September 2025, marking a significant step in enhancing player welfare and protection in Ugandan football.
