Vipers Hold Tanzanian Giants Azam FC to a Draw 



Kigali, Rwanda – Uganda Premier League champions Vipers FC played a hard-fought match against Tanzania’s Azam FC at Kigali Pele Stadium, ending honours even.

The friendly clash on Friday was part of both sides’ preparations for next month’s CAF interclub competitions, providing valuable experience ahead of continental challenges.

Azam Fc is set to face the South Sudan Premier league side El Merriekh Bentiu in the first Preliminary Round of the Caf Confederation Cup, while Vipers will take of African Stars from Namibia in the first preliminary stage of the Caf Champion League
