Kemunto’s early second-half strike earns Kenya Police Bullets vital win

Emily Kemunto scored the decisive goal in the 46th minute as Kenya Police Bullets edged Kampala Queens 1–0 in a tightly contested match at Nyayo Stadium during the CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Qualifiers.

After a goalless first half, the Kenyan side came out with renewed intensity. Just one minute after the restart, Kemunto capitalized on a defensive lapse to fire home the winner — a goal that would ultimately seal the match.

Despite Kampala Queens pushing forward in search of an equalizer, Kenya Police Bullets remained compact at the back and managed the game well to secure all three points.
