Gudele and Citizen Play Out Goalless Draw in Juba

Juba, South Sudan – September 19, 2025

Gudele FC and Citizen FC settled for a 0-0 draw on Friday in the fifth match of the Juba Football Association First Division League, known locally as the Konyokonyo League.

Gudele dominated the early stages, hitting the crossbar and forcing several saves from Citizen goalkeeper Bolis Charles.

 However, they failed to convert their chances.

 Citizen grew into the game in the second half, with Abraham Ladu missing two clear opportunities to snatch a late winner.

Both sides now sit near the bottom of the table, with Gudele in 8th and Citizen in 9th, each collecting their first point of the season.
