CAF Confederation Cup: Menoua Eagle Fall Narrowly to San Pedro

Despite a spirited performance and home support at the Omnisports Stadium in Yaoundé, Eagle of Menoua were edged out 0-1 by Ivorian side FC San Pedro in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup preliminary tie.


The return leg is set for September 27 in Côte d'Ivoire, where the Cameroonian side will look to overturn the deficit and pull off a surprise result.
