Rwanda Make History with First-Ever Win Over Zimbabwe

Rwanda recorded their first-ever victory over Zimbabwe in FIFA World Cup Qualifying history, securing a 1–0 win in a Group C clash played at Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg.

The match was decided in the 40th minute, when Gad Mugisha calmly converted the lone goal, sealing a vital three points for the Amavubi.

Despite the victory, Rwanda remains in 4th place in Group C, now sitting on 11 points from 8 matches (W3, D2, L3).
