Tanzania U17 Women delivered a dominant Group A performance at the CECAFA U-17 Women’s Championship 2026, easing past Somalia U17 Women with a convincing display.

Bahati Kizanguzi starred with a brace, scoring in the 30th and 61st minutes, while Yasinta Kaliwa set the tone with an early opener in the 1st minute.

 Fatuma Shagembe added the third in the 54th minute as Tanzania controlled the match from start to finish.
