South Sudan Premier League champions El Merriekh SC Bentiu have announced that Martin Ott, Prince Farley, Zortiah James and Jarbo James have successfully completed their medical examinations ahead of officially joining the club.

The Pride of Bentiu confirmed the update on their official Facebook account on Saturday evening, with the quartet now one step away from completing their moves to the reigning South Sudan Premier League champions.

More details regarding the transfers are expected to be released by the club's media department in the coming days as El Merriekh continue preparations for the new season.

South Sudan former interim head coach Cyprian Ashu believes the Bright Stars can challenge for qualification in Group B of the TotalEnergies AFCON 2027 qualifiers despite being drawn against Egypt, Angola and Malawi.
