El Merriekh SC Bentiu Sign South Sudan International Tito Lukciir

Juba, South Sudan — South Sudan Premier League and South Sudan Cup champions El Merriekh SC Bentiu have completed the signing of South Sudan senior national team winger Tito Lukciir on a two-year contract.

The left-footed winger joins the Bentiu-based side from Jamus SC Juba as the reigning champions continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

El Merriekh announced the signing through their official channels on Thursday, welcoming the experienced attacker to the club.

"Welcome our newest winger! Tito Lukciir is officially a Pride of Bentiu player, signing a two-year deal. Ready for the journey ahead," the club said in a statement.

Lukciir, who previously featured for Simba FC before joining Jamus SC, is renowned for his pace, creativity and ability to deliver dangerous crosses with his stronger left foot. His experience at both club and international level is expected to add quality and depth to El Merriekh's attacking options.

The signing is another major addition for the Bentiu outfit as they prepare to defend their domestic titles following a remarkable 2025/26 campaign that saw them win the South Sudan Premier League, South Sudan Cup and South Sudan Super Cup.

With the arrival of the South Sudan international, El Merriekh continue to demonstrate their ambition of remaining the dominant force in South Sudanese football.
