JAMUS SC Appoint Tunisian Coach Saber Ben Jabria on Two-Year Deal

South Sudan Premier League side Jamus SC have officially announced the appointment of Tunisian coach Saber Ben Jabria as the club's new head coach.

The club's Board of Directors announced the appointment during a press conference held at the Imperial Plaza Hotel in Juba on Monday, June 16, 2026.

The 55-year-old tactician has signed a two-year contract with the Buffaloes, keeping him at the club until June 2028 as Jamus SC seek to strengthen their ambitions ahead of the upcoming South Sudan Premier League season.

Saber Ben Jabria arrives with a wealth of experience across African and Middle Eastern football. He has previously served as head coach of Congolese giants AS Vita Club, Tanganyika FC, and Syrian side Jableh SC. He also worked as an assistant coach at Al Ahli SC, further strengthening his coaching rΓ©sumΓ©.

The Tunisian manager is set to begin a new chapter in South Sudanese football, where he will be tasked with leading Jamus SC over the next two years and helping the club compete at the highest level.

Supporting him on the technical bench will be South Sudanese coach Nicolas Peter, who has also signed a two-year contract with the club. Nicolas is well known in local football circles, having previously coached Kator FC Juba and Lion Hunters FC, Munuki SC etc.

Jamus SC supporters will be hopeful that the new coaching partnership can guide the club to success as preparations intensify for the new South Sudan Premier League campaign.
