Senegal’s Teranga Lions continued their dominant start at the 2026 CAVB Zone II Men’s Indoor Volleyball Qualifiers with a commanding straight-sets victory over Guinea-Bissau, winning 3-0.

The West African giants controlled the contest from start to finish, sealing the win 25-12, 25-16, 25-23 to register back-to-back victories in Banjul.

Senegal set the tone early with aggressive serving and a strong block, overwhelming Guinea-Bissau in the opening set. The second set followed a similar pattern as Senegal’s sharp attacking play kept the Djurtus under constant pressure.

Guinea-Bissau showed more resistance in the third set, pushing the champions to 23-23, but Senegal’s experience proved decisive as they closed out the match 25-23.
