๐Ÿ€ South Sudan Ready for Libya Test After Dominant Friendly Victory

South Sudan men's national basketball team heads into the third window of the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup African Qualifiers on the back of an emphatic 97–76 friendly win over Rwanda men's national basketball team in Rwanda.

The Bright Stars now shift their focus to a key Group A showdown against Libya men's national basketball team.

The match is set for July 2, 2026, with tip-off at 4:00 PM (Juba time) at the Complexe Multisports de Japoma in Douala.

A victory over Libya would strengthen South Sudan's campaign as they continue their quest to qualify for the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
