South Sudan U17 Women Return Home with Fair Play Award from CECAFA 2026

The South Sudan U17 women’s national football team have returned to Juba after participating in the CECAFA U17 Women's Championship 2026 held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Despite missing out on a podium finish, the Bright Starlets were awarded the Fair Play Trophy in recognition of their discipline and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The team received a welcome upon arrival in Juba following their regional campaign.
