The Empowerment Referees Transfer of Knowledge Programme is currently underway in Lilongwe, Malawi, bringing together volleyball referees for an intensive capacity-building initiative.

The programme is designed to strengthen officiating standards through practical training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing, equipping referees with updated techniques and international best practices.

Led under the framework of the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB), the initiative reflects ongoing efforts to improve the quality and consistency of officiating across the continent.

Participants are benefiting from expert-led sessions, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions aimed at enhancing their professional development and advancing the standard of volleyball in Africa.
