Nyakuron FC Not in Rush to Sign Players, Says VP Francis Laku Amid Ongoing Transfer Window Delays

Nyakuron FC Vice President Francis Laku has said the club is in no rush to sign new players during the ongoing transfer window, insisting there is still enough time to complete the process.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Sports Hunter South Sudan on Wednesday, Laku explained that the club is taking a cautious approach as they continue to compete in the Juba Football Association First Division League, commonly known as the Konyokonyo League.

“We as the administration of Nyakuroun saw that the time is enough for us. From today we still have one month to make registration, that is why in everything Nyakuroun are not in a hurry.”

He further noted that while several players have shown interest in joining the club, internal administrative matters must first be finalized before any signings are confirmed.

“Even players are ready who have interest to play for Nyakuron, and we have prepared them. The reason for the delay is that there are some administrative issues yet to be completed. After completion, then we will sign. That is why I told you we have another meeting on Saturday. When we complete that, we will decide what the administration of Nyakuroun will do.”

Nyakuron FC remain focused on resolving these issues ahead of key decisions expected after the upcoming meeting.
