The South Sudan U-17 Women’s National Team, the Junior Starlets, have departed Juba for Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, ahead of the U-17 CECAFA Women’s Championship scheduled to kick off on 13 June 2026. Following their departure, the Junior Starlets have been drawn in Group B of the tournament, where they will face Uganda and Djibouti in the group stage.
